One way to make use of Soba noodle.
Ingredients
- choy sum 菜心
- diced chicken 鸡肉叮
- garlic 蒜
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- soba noodle 荞麦面
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- cornflour 玉米粉
- sesame oil 麻油
- pepper 胡椒
- light soy sauce 酱油
- salt 盐
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with cornflour few minutes before cook. 鸡叮用盐和胡椒腌。要煮的几分钟前抹上玉米粉。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Boil a pot of water. Pour in the noodle and cook to tender. Drain the nooodle. 面条用开水煮软隔水。
- Boil a pot of water with salt and cooking oil. Pour in the choy sum and cook for a minute. Drain the choy sum. 水、盐和菜油煮开。加进菜心滚约一分钟取出。
- Saute the garlic. Then add the chicken and stir fry. 爆香蒜,然后加入鸡叮兜允。
- Later add the bunashimeji. 然后放入灵芝菇。
- Pour the water in and bring to boil. Season with wine, sesame oil, pepper, salt, light soy sauce. 加水煮开。用酒、麻油、胡椒、盐、酱油调味。
- Thicken the sauce with cornflour+water. 然后用玉米粉加水打芡。
- Place the soba noodle into a plate, surrounding with choy sum. Scoop the sauce on to the noodle. 把面条置在碟中央,周围摆上菜心。淋上酱汁。
