Soba Noodle in Creamy Sauce



One way to make use of Soba noodle.

Ingredients

  • choy sum   菜心
  • diced chicken     鸡肉叮
  • garlic    
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • soba noodle    荞麦面
  • rice/ginger wine    米/姜酒
  • cornflour    玉米粉
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • salt    
  • plain water    清水

Steps 

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with cornflour few minutes before cook.    鸡叮用盐和胡椒腌。要煮的几分钟前抹上玉米粉。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Boil a pot of water. Pour in the noodle and cook to tender. Drain the nooodle.    面条用开水煮软隔水
  4. Boil a pot of water with salt and cooking oil. Pour in the choy sum and cook for a minute. Drain the choy sum.    水、盐和菜油煮开。加进菜心滚约一分钟取出。 
  5. Saute the garlic. Then add the chicken and stir fry.    爆香蒜,然后加入鸡叮兜允。
  6. Later add the bunashimeji.    然后放入灵芝菇。
  7. Pour the water in and bring to boil. Season with wine, sesame oil, pepper, salt, light soy sauce.    加水煮开。用酒、麻油、胡椒、盐、酱油调味。
  8. Thicken the sauce with cornflour+water.    然后用玉米粉加水打芡。
  9. Place the soba noodle into a plate, surrounding with choy sum. Scoop the sauce on to the noodle.    把面条置在碟中央,周围摆上菜心。淋上酱汁。
