I wanna make some pancake for my boy but I'm rather to use the waffle machine instead of pan. That's because I 'malas jaga' and flip the pancakes during cooking. So I decide to turn the pancake batter into waffle using the machine.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs 2 顆蛋
- 50g of condensed milk 50 克炼奶
- 120g of self-raising flour 120 克自发粉
- 50g of melted butter 50 克融化牛油
- 70g of plain water 70 克清水
- a touch of vanilla essence 香草精适量
Steps
- Mix the condensed milk with plain water. 炼奶加清水搅均匀。
- Place the egg, condensed milk mixture and vanilla essence into a container, whisk thoroughly. 蛋、炼奶水和香草精置入一碗﹐用打蛋器打允。
- Sift the flour. Then fold into the egg mixture. 麵粉過篩﹐然後拌進蛋糊裡。
- Add the butter and stir well. Set aside for 30 minutes. 加牛油拌匀,休息30分钟。
- Heat up the waffle maker, grease the waffle pan. Scoop 1 table spoon of batter and place in the center of the waffle pan. 预热松饼机,松饼机的烤盘抹上一層油。舀一湯匙麵糊倒在盘中央。
- Put the lid on. 合上松饼机蓋烘。
- Remove the waffle from pan when both sides turn to brown.. 麵糊的兩面烘至金黃色即可取出。
- Serve with syrup/condense milk/honey/butter when they are still hot. 吃時可淋上糖漿﹑煉奶﹑蜜糖﹑牛油。趁熱吃﹗﹗
