Steam Salmon Fillet, Tofu and Vegetables



Another method to prepare the fish and various vegetables in one plate.

Ingredients

  • brown rice meehoon     糙米粉
  • salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • tofu    豆腐
  • broccoli    西兰花
  • tomato    番茄
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • rice/ginger wine    米/姜酒
  • sesame oil    麻油

Steps 

  1. Soak the brown rice meehoon into water until tender.    糙米粉泡水浸软。
  2. Sliced the ginger and chopped the garlic. Cut other ingredients into desire size.    姜切丝,蒜切末。其它材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Heat up the pan with sesame oil. Saute the ginger and garlic to fragrant.    热锅倒入麻油爆香姜丝和蒜。
  4. Put in the tomato and stir fried a little while. Season with fish sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, wine.    加入番茄炒一会儿。用鱼露、酱油、胡椒、酒调味。
  5. Layer the plate with brown rice meehoon at the bottom, then broccoli and bunashimeji. Follow by the tofu. Finally the salmon on the top.     盘里铺一层糙米粉,然后西兰花和灵芝菇。接着豆腐,然后三文鱼在上面。
  6. Pour the tomato dressing from step (4) above the salmon.    将步骤(4)的酱汁淋在三文鱼上。
  7. Steam for about 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.    蒸约20分钟或直到鱼蒸熟为止。
