Ingredients
- carrot 胡萝卜
- daikon radish 白萝卜
- beetroot 甜菜根
- cucumber 黄瓜
- brinjal 茄子
- Thai sweet chili sauce 泰式甜辣椒酱
- mayonnaise 美奶滋
- Dijon mustard 法式第戎芥末醬
- miso paste 味噌
- sushi rice vinegar 寿司醋
- sesame oil 麻油
Steps
- Cut the vegetables into desire size. 把蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
- Blench the daikon radish, beetroot, brinjal. (Skip this step if you prefer them in raw). 川烫白萝卜、甜菜根、茄子 (如果喜欢生吃可省略这步骤)。
- Mix the vegetables with Thai sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, miso paste, sushi rice vinegar and sesame oil. 蔬菜与泰式甜辣椒酱、美奶滋、法式第戎芥末醬、味噌、寿司醋和麻油拌匀。
