Pinky Salad



Wanna have a salad in pink? Get beetroot, the natural color that goes in any food.

Ingredients

  • carrot     胡萝卜
  • daikon radish    白萝卜
  • beetroot    甜菜根
  • cucumber    黄瓜
  • brinjal    茄子
  • Thai sweet chili sauce    泰式甜辣椒酱
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • Dijon mustard    法式第戎芥末醬
  • miso paste    味噌
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • sesame oil    麻油

  Steps 

  1. Cut the vegetables into desire size.   把蔬菜切成喜好的大小
  2. Blench the daikon radish, beetroot, brinjal. (Skip this step if you prefer them in raw).    川烫白萝卜甜菜根茄子 (如果喜欢生吃可省略这步骤)。
  3. Mix the vegetables with Thai sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, miso paste, sushi rice vinegar and sesame oil.    蔬菜与泰式甜辣椒酱、美奶滋、法式第戎芥末醬味噌寿司醋麻油拌匀。
