Pasta in Green Curry Salmon Fish



I bought few packets of green curry paste from Bangkok. Thus I wanna try it  today by add in the pasta.

Ingredients

  • butterhead lettuce     结球莴苣
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • brinjal    茄子
  • salmon fish     三文鱼
  • tofu    豆腐
  • lemon grass    香茅
  • milk    牛奶
  • ginger    
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • lime leaf    酸柑叶
  • pasta    意粉
  • instant green curry paste    速食青咖哩酱
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Cook the pasta with a pot of water to tender. Drain the pasta.    意粉用开水煮软隔水。
  3. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the ginger, onion and garlic.    热锅放油爆香姜、洋葱和蒜。
  4. Toss in the green curry paste and stir fry to fragrant. Add in the broth, milk and stir evenly.    加入青咖哩酱炒香, 再加高汤和奶搅匀。
  5. Toss in the brinjal and cook to tender.    倒入茄子煮软。
  6. Then put in other vegetables, fish, lemon grass and lime leaf.    再加入其余蔬菜、鱼、香茅和酸柑叶。
  7. Put in the pasta and tofu.    倒入意粉和豆腐。
  8. Season with fish sauce.    以鱼露调味。
