Chicken Mushroom Puffy Pizza



The last sheet of puff pastry. What else? turn it into pizza again...

Ingredients 

  • 1 sheets of 8” puff pastries    1 片8”起酥皮
  • chicken fillet   
  • button mushroom    蘑菇
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • instant mushroom soup powder    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
  • hot water    热水
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒
  • corn flour    玉米粉
  • cheese    芝士
  • Oregano    牛至  

Steps 

  1. Diced the chicken, mushroom. Chopped the garlic and onion.    鸡柳和蘑菇切叮,蒜和葱切末。
  2. Marinate the chicken with a little salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Coat with thin layer of corn flour and set aside.    鸡肉用盐和胡椒腌30分钟,再略略裹上少许玉米粉备用。
  3. Stir the instant mushroom soup powder into the hot water (just a small portion of water to ensure it's not too moist) and set aside.    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉倒入热水(水的份量少许就好以免太湿)备用。
  4. Mix the mushroom, chicken, garlic, onion, mushroom soup, oregano and stir well.    蘑菇、鸡、蒜、葱、蘑菇汤、牛至拌匀。
  5. Spread some cheese on the pastry.      起酥皮表面撒上些芝士。
  6. Then layer the (4) above the cheese.    把步骤(4)的混合物铺在芝士上面。   
  7. Lastly topping with a layer of cheese.    最后撒上芝士   
  8. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve while it's  hot.    200°C烤15-20分钟趁热吃哦!
