A simple baked vegetables with mozzarella cheese topping.
Ingredients
- broccoli 西兰花
- pumpkin 南瓜
- brinjal 茄子
- tomato 番茄
- cucumber 黄瓜
- garlic 蒜
- onion 洋葱
- instant mushroom soup powder 速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
- hot water 热水
- plain water 清水
- oregano 牛至
- pepper 胡椒
- shredded mozzarella cheese 披萨芝士丝
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Stir the instant mushroom soup powder into the hot water (just a small portion of water to ensure it's not too moist) and set aside. 速溶蘑菇浓汤粉倒入热水(水的份量少许就好以免太湿)备用。
- Heat up a pan with some cooking oil. 烧热锅下油。
- Saute the onion and garlic, then the pumpkin and brinjal. 爆香蒜和洋葱,然后加入南瓜和茄子。
- Pour in some plain water and cook to tender. 倒入适量清水煮软。
- Add the broccoli, tomato, cucumber, mushroom soup and stir evenly. 加入西兰花、番茄、黄瓜和蘑菇汤拌匀。
- Season with pepper and oregano. 以胡椒和牛至调味。
- Move them into a baking tray, sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake at 150°C for about 10 minutes. 倒入烤碗,洒些芝士在上面,以150°C烘大概10分钟。
