Cheesy White Creamy Vegetables


A simple baked vegetables with mozzarella cheese topping.

Ingredients

  • broccoli    西兰花
  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • brinjal    茄子
  • tomato    番茄
  • cucumber    黄瓜
  • garlic   
  • onion    洋葱
  • instant mushroom soup powder    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
  • hot water    热水
  • plain water    清水
  • oregano    牛至
  • pepper    胡椒
  • shredded mozzarella cheese    披萨芝士丝

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Stir the instant mushroom soup powder into the hot water (just a small portion of water to ensure it's not too moist) and set aside.    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉倒入热水(水的份量少许就好以免太湿)备用。
  3. Heat up a pan with some cooking oil.    烧热锅下油。
  4. Saute the onion and garlic, then the pumpkin and brinjal.    爆香蒜和洋葱,然后加入南瓜和茄子。
  5. Pour in some plain water and cook to tender.    倒入适量清水煮软。
  6. Add the broccoli, tomato, cucumber, mushroom soup and stir evenly.    加入西兰花、番茄、黄瓜和蘑菇汤拌匀。
  7. Season with pepper and oregano.    以胡椒和牛至调味。   
  8. Move them into a baking tray, sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake at 150°C for about 10 minutes.   倒入烤碗,洒些芝士在上面,以150°C烘大概10分钟。
