My mother-in- law uses the pork to make the long-boiled soup (老火汤, 3-6 hours) daily. Those leftover pork usually will be dumped into bin at the end, but I decided to turn those waste into snack that everyone loves~ meat floss (肉松). And I'm using bread maker to free me from the hot stove too.
Ingredients
- 500g leftover pork 500 克肉汤渣
- 1.5 teaspoon of salt 1.5 茶匙盐
- 3.5 tablespoon of cooking oil 3.5 汤匙食油
- 1.5 teaspoon of pepper 1.5 茶匙胡椒
- 5 tablespoon of light soy sauce (Please adjust according to your preference taste) 5 汤匙酱油 (请依据自己喜好增减)
- 5 tablespoon of sugar (Please adjust according to your preference taste) 5 汤匙糖 (请依据自己喜好增减)
- 2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce 2 茶匙黑酱油
Steps
- Use the spoon to flatten the pork. Use hand to shred into fine slices if necessary. 用汤匙压烂肉汤渣。如果需要可以手撕细条。
- Mix the shredded meat with other ingredients. 把肉丝和其它材料混合均匀。
- Place them into the breadmaker's bread pan. 倒入面包机烤盘。
- Choose the 'jam' mode. 选‘jam'程式。
- Press 'Start/Stop' button. Lift up the lid in whole process to free the steam out. 按’Start/Stop'钮。整个过程都开着盖让水蒸气排出。
- If the meat floss is too moist, restart the 'jam' mode until it turns to desire fluffy texture. 如果肉松太湿,重启‘jam'程式直到肉松煮至喜欢的蓬松程度。
- Remove the bread pan from the machine. 烤盘取出。
- Use non-stick spatula to remove the meat floss from pan. 用不沾质料的刮刀刮出肉松。
