A sweet and creamy pumpkin soup comes with garlic bread sticks.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Soup
- pumpkin 南瓜
- carrot 胡萝卜
- sweet potato 蕃薯
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- milk 牛奶
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒粉
- oregano 牛至
- plain water 清水
Garlic Breadsticks
- bread 面包
- garlic 蒜
- margarine/butter 黄油/牛油
- oregano 牛至
Steps
Pumpkin Soup
- Diced the pumpkin, carrot, and sweet potato. Chopped the onion and garlic. 把南瓜、胡萝卜、蕃薯切叮。洋葱和蒜切末。
- Saute the onion and garlic with cooking oil. 爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Put in the pumpkin, carrot and sweet potato and stir evenly. 加入南瓜、胡萝卜、蕃薯兜匀。
- Pour the water in and cook the ingredients until tender. 倒入水煮至材料变软。
- Leave it cold down a bit and blend to fine puree. 让它稍微冷却然后用果汁机打成细泥。
- Pour into the pan again and heat up the puree. 倒入锅再煮热。
- Add the milk bit by bit, and well mix with the puree. The puree will turn into creamy pumpkin soup. 逐次加入牛奶, 务必与南瓜泥混合均匀。南瓜泥慢慢变成南瓜浓汤。
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano. 以盐、胡椒,牛至调味。
Garlic Breadsticks
- Chopped the garlic finely. Place the chopped garlic, butter/margarine and oregano into a bowl and stir evenly. 蒜切细末,然后加进牛油/黄油和牛至混合一起。
- Spread the mixture on the bread. 把蒜末混合物涂在面包上。
- Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. 以180°C烘10-15分钟。
