Creamy Pumpkin Soup and Garlic BreadSticks



A sweet and creamy pumpkin soup comes with garlic bread sticks.

Ingredients

Pumpkin Soup

  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • sweet potato    蕃薯
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • milk    牛奶
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • oregano    牛至
  • plain water    清水

Garlic Breadsticks

  • bread    面包
  • garlic    
  • margarine/butter    黄油/牛油
  • oregano    牛至

Steps 

Pumpkin Soup

  1. Diced the pumpkin, carrot, and sweet potato. Chopped the onion and garlic.   把南瓜、胡萝卜、蕃薯切叮。洋葱和蒜切末。
  2. Saute the onion and garlic with cooking oil.     爆香洋葱和蒜。
  3. Put in the pumpkin, carrot and sweet potato and stir evenly.    加入南瓜、胡萝卜、蕃薯兜匀。
  4. Pour the water in and cook the ingredients until tender.    倒入水煮至材料变软。
  5. Leave it cold down a bit and blend to fine puree.    让它稍微冷却然后用果汁机打成细泥。
  6. Pour into the pan again and heat up the puree.    倒入锅再煮热。
  7. Add the milk bit by bit, and well mix with the puree. The puree will turn into creamy pumpkin soup.    逐次加入牛奶, 务必与南瓜泥混合均匀。南瓜泥慢慢变成南瓜浓汤。  
  8. Season with salt, pepper, oregano.    以盐、胡椒,牛至调味。

Garlic Breadsticks

  1. Chopped the garlic finely. Place the chopped garlic, butter/margarine and oregano into a bowl and stir evenly.    蒜切细末,然后加进牛油/黄油和牛至混合一起。   
  2. Spread the mixture on the bread.    把蒜末混合物涂在面包上。
  3. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.    以180°C烘10-15分钟。
