Wholemeal Pizza with BBQ Pork and Broccoli Topping



I bought a pack of Kawan wholemeal flexi pastry from hypermarket. And so happen my son wanted to have some broccoli for his lunch. Haha, first time ever I heard from him: "I love broccoli" after he had his first attempt  yesterday.... Okok, I'll make BBQ sliced pork and broccoli pizza today. Just for you, my boy!!

Ingredients 

  • 1 sheets of wholemeal flexi pastry    1 片全麦多用途酥皮
  • pork   猪肉
  • broccoli    西兰花
  • garlic    
  • LKK Char Siew BBQ sauce     叉烧酱
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • corn flour    玉米粉
  • ginger/rice wine    姜/米酒
  • cheese    芝士
  • oregano    牛至  
  • canned tomato puree    罐头番茄泥    

Steps 

  1. Sliced the pork thinly. Diced the broccoli. Chopped the garlic.    猪肉切薄片。西蓝花切叮蒜切末。
  2. Marinate the sliced pork with garlic, Char Siew BBQ sauce, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, and pepper for 2 hours. Then coat with sesame oil, ginger/rice wine and thin layer of corn flour and set aside.    猪肉用蒜、叉烧酱、寿司/刺身酱油和胡椒腌2个小时。再略略裹上麻油、酒和少许玉米粉备用。
  3. Spread some tomato puree on the pastry. Then sprinkle some cheese on top.    酥皮涂上番茄泥,撒上芝士。
  4. Then layer the pork and broccoli above the cheese.    把猪肉和西兰花铺在芝士上面。   
  5. Sprinkle some oregano.    撒些牛至。
  6. Lastly topping with a layer of cheese.    最后撒上芝士   
  7. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve while it's  hot.    180°C烤15-20分钟趁热吃哦!
