How about an edible dried seaweed (used in soup) in miso soup?
Ingredients
- udon noodle 乌冬面
- dried seaweed 紫菜(滚烫用的)
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- tofu 豆腐
- daikon radish 白萝卜
- egg 蛋
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- miso paste 味噌
- light soy sauce 酱油
- pepper 胡椒
Steps
- Soak the dried seaweed into water until tender. 紫菜浸水泡软。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the ingredients in to cook. 把干贝高汤煮开。加入其它材料煮。
- Season with miso paste, pepper, light soy sauce. 以味噌、胡椒、酱油调味。
