Udon in Seaweed Miso Soup


How about an edible dried seaweed (used in soup) in miso soup?

Ingredients

  • udon noodle    乌冬面
  • dried seaweed   紫菜(滚烫用的)
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • tofu    豆腐
  • daikon radish    白萝卜
  • egg    
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤
  • miso paste    味噌
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • pepper    胡椒

Steps 

  1. Soak the dried seaweed into water until tender.    紫菜浸水泡软。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Put the ingredients in to cook.    把干贝高汤煮开。加入其它材料煮。
  4. Season with miso paste, pepper, light soy sauce.    以味噌、胡椒、酱油调味。
