I bought a pack of wholemeal bread from a bakery shop few days back. I'm using them to make the chicken mushroom sandwich.
Ingredients
- chicken fillet 鸡柳
- button mushroom 蘑菇
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- salt 盐
- black pepper corn 黑胡椒粒
- oregano 牛至
- corn flour 玉米粉
- milk 牛奶
- cheese 芝士
- wholemeal bread 麦面包
- butter/margarine 牛油/黄油
Steps
- Chopped the onion and garlic. Dice the chicken and mushroom. 洋葱和蒜切末。鸡柳和蘑菇切叮。
- Marinate the chicken fillet with corn flour a little while. 鸡柳以玉米粉腌一下。
- Grind the peppercorn roughly. 粗略捣碎胡椒粒。
- Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic. 热锅下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Add the chicken and mushroom. 加鸡柳和蘑菇。
- Pour a little milk to have a creamier gravy. (Not too much milk else the filling would be too moist). 放入少许奶让馅料更香滑浓稠。(别加太多不然馅料太湿)。
- Season with salt, ground pepper and oregano. 以盐、胡椒碎和牛至调味。
- Cut the wholemeal bread into 2 parts. Spread some butter/margarine and sandwich the chicken mushroom and cheese. Bake at 150°C for 8-10 minutes. 麦面包切开涂上牛油/黄油,夹上鸡肉蘑菇馅料和芝士。150°C烘8-10分钟。
