Ingredients
- daikon radish 白萝卜
- carrot 胡萝卜
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- pumpkin 南瓜
- maitake mushroom 舞茸/灰树花
- ginger 姜
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- pasta 意粉
- pepper 胡椒粉
- milk 牛奶
- oreagano 牛至
- salt 盐
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Steam the pumpkin to tenter, then mash into puree. 蒸软南瓜压烂成泥。
- Cook the pasta with a pot of salty water to tender. Drain the pasta. 意粉用放了盐的开水煮软隔水。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic. 热锅放油爆香洋葱、姜和蒜。
- Add all the vegetable to cook. 将其它蔬菜加入煮。
- Pour in the pumpkin puree and milk, stir well with the vegetables. 加入南瓜泥和奶,与蔬菜混匀。
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano. 以盐、胡椒粉、牛至调味。
- Place the pasta in a plate, topping with the vegetable and sauce. 把意粉摆在蝶里,蔬菜和汁淋在面上。
