Pasta in Pumpkin Sauce


Is time to clear up the pumpkin. So toss them in pasta...

Ingredients

  • daikon radish    白萝卜
  • carrot   胡萝卜
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • maitake mushroom    舞茸/灰树花
  • ginger    
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • pasta    意粉
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • milk    牛奶
  • oreagano    牛至
  • salt    盐

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Steam the pumpkin to tenter, then mash into puree.    蒸软南瓜压烂成泥。
  3. Cook the pasta with a pot of salty water to tender. Drain the pasta.    意粉用放了盐的开水煮软隔水。
  4. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic.    热锅放油爆香洋葱、姜和蒜。
  5. Add all the vegetable to cook.    将其它蔬菜加入煮。
  6. Pour in the pumpkin puree and milk, stir well with the vegetables.    加入南瓜泥和奶,与蔬菜混匀
  7. Season with salt, pepper, oregano.    以盐、胡椒粉、牛至调味。
  8. Place the pasta in a plate, topping with the vegetable and sauce.    把意粉摆在蝶里,蔬菜和汁淋在面上。
