Japanese Soba Salad



Another healthier noodle to have~~Soba, a thin noodle made of buckwheat flour. They can be served in hot or cold. They taste good enough even just dip with sauce. My version definitely will come with a bunch of refreshing vegetables to enhance the nutritions of the day!

Ingredients

  • soba noodle    荞麦面
  • cucumber     黄瓜
  • tomato     番茄
  • bean sprout    豆芽
  • gobo/greater burdock   牛蒡
  • seaweed/Nori    紫菜
  • roasted sesame    烤好的芝麻
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋


 Steps 

  1. Cut the vegetables into desire size.    蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Blanch the cellophane soba noodle, gobo/greater burdock.    把荞麦面和牛蒡川烫。
  3. Pour the sesame oil, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar into a bowl and mix thoroughly.   然后,麻油、寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋放一碗里搅匀。
  4. Place the ingredients on a plate, pour the seasoning mixture from step 3 on top. Decorate with nori and roasted sesame.   把材料排在碟里,然后淋上步骤3的调味料。最后用紫菜和芝麻装饰。
