Fried udon coated with teriyaki sauce. Add extra black pepper to have a hot kicking taste . Yummy.
Ingredients
- Udon noodle 乌冬面
- napa cabbage/chinese cabbage 黄芽白/大白菜
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- shiitake mushroom 香菇
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- tomato 番茄
- cauliflower 包菜花
- garlic 蒜
- dark soy sauce 黑醬油
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- sugar 糖
- black pepper corn 黑胡椒粒
- sesame oil 麻油
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- corn flour 玉米粉
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Grind the pepper corn into chunks. 胡椒粒磨成碎粒。
- Put the dark soy sauce, wine, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, corn flour and a little plain water into a bowl and stir well. This will be the teriyaki sauce. 將黑醬油、酒、糖、麻油、酱油、玉米粉和少许清水放入一碗攪勻成照烧酱。
- Chop the garlic. Cut other vegetables to desire size. 蒜切末,其它蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
- Blanch the udon noodle. 川汤面条备用。
- Heat up the pan with some oil. Sauté the garlic a little while to enhance the aroma. Then toss in the vegetable and noodle. Stir thoroughly. 爆香蒜末,然后加入蔬菜和面。拌匀。
- Pour the teriyaki sauce and pepper chunk and stir evenly. 加入照烧酱和胡椒碎炒勻即可。
