Pasta in Spicy Pumpkin Sauce



Wanna have a kicking hot pasta? A little touch of Cayenne pepper powder will do.

Ingredients

  • daikon radish    白萝卜
  • carrot   胡萝卜
  • brinjal    茄子
  • pumpkin    南瓜
  • asparagus    芦笋
  • celery    西芹
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • pasta    意粉
  • Cayenne pepper powder    辣椒粉
  • milk    牛奶
  • oreagano    牛至
  • salt    盐

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Steam the pumpkin to soften, then mash into puree.    蒸软南瓜压烂成泥。
  3. Cook the pasta with a pot of salty water to tender. Drain the pasta.    意粉用放了盐的开水煮软隔水。
  4. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic.    热锅放油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  5. Add all the vegetable to cook.    将其它蔬菜加入煮。
  6. Pour in the pumpkin puree and milk, stir well with the vegetables.    加入南瓜泥和奶,与蔬菜混匀
  7. Season with salt, Cayenne pepper powder, oregano.    以盐、辣椒粉、牛至调味。
  8. Place the pasta in a plate, topping with the vegetable and sauce.    把意粉摆在蝶里,蔬菜和汁淋在面上。
