Boiled Egg & Sweet Corn Sandwich

Make a simple sandwich by using the home made white loaf.

Ingredients

• toast (white loaf by bread maker)    吐司(面包机的成品~白面包)
• boiled egg    水煮蛋
• Steamed sweet corn kernel    玉米粒
• butter head lettuce     结球莴苣
• capsicum    灯笼辣椒
• Dijon mustard    法式第戎芥末醬
• mayonnaise    美奶滋
• salt    盐
• pepper    胡椒

  Steps 

1. Slice the boiled egg. Place them together with salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl. Mash into puree.   水煮蛋切片。把它们与盐、胡椒、美奶滋和芥末醬放入碗里压烂。
2. Then mix with sweet corn kernel.    然后加入玉米粒拌匀。
3. Sandwich the egg and sweet corn kernel mixture, sliced capsicum and butter head lettuce with 2 slices of toast.    水煮蛋玉米混合物、切片灯笼辣椒、结球莴苣夹在吐司中间。
