Ingredients
- dried seaweed 紫菜(滚烫用的)
- dried scallop 干贝
- konbu 昆布
- enokitake 金针菇
- sweet corn 玉米
- tofu 豆腐
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒粉
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Soak the dried seaweed into water until tender. 紫菜浸水泡软。
- Cut ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜好的大小。
- Boil a pot of plain water, put the dried scallop in to make the stock. 干贝加入清水里熬成高汤。
- Then put in other ingredients. 加入其它材料。
- Season with salt, pepper. 以盐、胡椒调味。
