Sweet Corn Seaweed Soup


An energize soup of the day.

Ingredients

  • dried seaweed   紫菜(滚烫用的)
  • dried scallop    干贝
  • konbu    昆布
  • enokitake     金针菇
  • sweet corn    玉米
  • tofu    豆腐
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • plain water    清水

  Steps 



  1. Soak the dried seaweed into water until tender.    紫菜浸水泡软。
  2. Cut ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜好的大小。
  3. Boil a pot of plain water, put the dried scallop in to make the stock.    干贝加入清水里熬成高汤。
  4. Then put in other ingredients.    加入其它材料。
  5. Season with salt, pepper.    以盐、胡椒调味。
