Simple Soba Salad


A simple soba for lunch.

Ingredients

  • soba noodle    荞麦面
  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • carrot     胡萝卜
  • tofu    豆腐
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • pepper    胡椒

 Steps 

  1. Cut the vegetables into desire size.    蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Blanch the cellophane soba noodle, napa cabbage/chinese cabbage.    把荞麦面和黄芽白/大白菜川烫。
  3. Steam the tofu to cooked.    豆腐蒸熟。
  4. Pour the sesame oil, pepper, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar into a bowl and mix thoroughly.   然后,麻油、胡椒、寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋放一碗里搅匀。
  5. Place the ingredients on a plate, pour the dressing from step 4 on top.    把材料排在碟里,然后淋上步骤4的调味料。
