Noodle in Tom Yam



How about a bowl of noodle in red hot tom yam soup?

Ingredients

  • napa cabbage/chinese cabbage     黄芽白/大白菜
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • tomato     番茄
  • celery    西芹
  • lemon grass    香茅
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • noodle    面条
  • instant tom yam paste    速食冬炎酱
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • salt    盐
  • plain water    清水

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Cook the noodle with a pot of water to tender. Drain the noodle.    面条用开水煮软隔水。
  3. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic.    热锅放油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  4. Toss in the vegetables. Add a little water to cook.    倒入蔬菜,加少许水煮。
  5. Put in the noodle.    倒入面条。
  6. Add the tom yam paste, stir well with the noodle and vegetables.    加入冬炎酱,与蔬菜和面混匀
  7. Season with salt, pepper, fish sauce and sesame oil.    以盐、胡椒粉、鱼露调味。
