Japanese Curry Multigrain Rice



My sister bought me a pack of Japanese curry cube from Daiso. I can't wait to have my first attempt on this recipe today.

Ingredients

  • multi-grain rice    五壳米
  • potato    马铃薯
  • tomato    蕃茄
  • button mushroom    蘑菇
  • celery    西芹
  • sweet potato leaves    蕃薯叶
  • Japanese curry cube    日本咖哩块
  • garlic   
  • onion    洋葱
  • Salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • plain water    清水

Steps 

  1. Cook the multi-grain rice according to the instruction given.    依照包装上指示煮熟五壳米饭。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Heat up a pan with some cooking oil.    烧热锅下油。
  4. Saute the onion and garlic. Then add the potato and cook to tender.    爆香蒜和洋葱,然后加入马铃薯煮软。
  5. Follow by other vegetables and fish.    接着放入其它蔬菜和鱼。
  6. Pour in the water and bring to boil .    倒入清水煮开。
  7. Put the curry cube in and stir thoroughly. Cook few minutes until all ingredients are soft and tender.    放进咖哩快搅拌均匀,继续煮数分钟至所有材料变软
  8. Place the multi-grain rice on a plate, pour the curry on top of the rice.    把饭倒扣在碟里,淋上咖哩即可。
