Marble Pound Cake

I made few marble chocolate pound cake as a Chinese New Year gift for my friends and relatives. They smell fine but a bit dry, maybe due to the baking timing or temperature. I think I will have another try soon and hope that I could overcome those problems.

Checkerboard Cake (Sponge Cake Based)

I'm making a checkerboard birthday cake for my January BB~my hubby. This cake really take a lot of effort to cut and decorate. The result looks ok but the cake a bit dry. I think I'll have another try later.

Merry Christmas~~ Chocolate Bauble (Pound Cake Based)

My youngest brother need a special menu to bring for a Christmas party he attend tonight. Thus I make him some pound cake balls coat with chocolate sauce~~ which known as chocolate bauble. Hope everybody enjoys. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Simple Deco Birthday Cake (Sponge cake based)

I am making my elder son and my bro-in-law's birthday cake, since their lunar calendar birthday is quite near to each.  I know my sense of art is not really creative, thus cake garnishing part I'll try to make something simple (but not guarantee nice one lah!! you can see from the pic above....). Therefore, i have to make sure the cake tastes nice, in order to 'help' them to forgive me on such "Art Attack" deco.....
