Simplest Tiramisu

I got a tube of cream cheese in my fridge which will expired on May. I searched for the easiest recipe which no baking needed, and I found this recipe~ Tiramisu. Tiramisu usually has egg, sugar and mascarpone cheese whipped into custard, and layered with ladyfingers dipped with coffee and rum. But the recipe I found is not using egg and rum, and I used cream cheese instead of the mascarpone.

Mango Yogurt Ice-cream

Sometime is hard to get the kids to eat the fruit on its own. Example my son (ya, typical food-picker). So, I was wondering how to make him to like the fruit? Ice-cream? Ya, kids love ice-cream! Mango Sago Dessert (楊枝甘露)

Mango is one of the popular topical fruit. There is bunch of mango's recipes you can get easily especially in Asia. It's yummy even you eat it on its own.
One of the common desserts you can found in Chinese restaurant is Mango Sago. I got few mangoes from my aunt on last Sunday, so I decided to make the said dessert in simpler way.
If you want a tastier and creamier output, you may add the evaporated milk or coconut milk to the recipe.
