One-Pot Pasta

Few days back, I've learned a simplest method from my daily newspaper~ one-pot pasta, where cooking the pasta by using only 1 pot and everything cook at once. Isn't that sounds awesome to you?

Home Made Pasta in White Creamy Sauce

Gnocchi (without potato)

I found a cute and simple pasta to make at home~Gnocchi. It doesn't need the pasta maker or any other sophisticated tool to be used. All you need is a fork to make the shape.
The regular Gnocchi used potato as one of the main ingredient, but not mine. Easy ha?

Home Made Lasagna
