Salmon Fish Steak in White Creamy Sauce & Salad



My mother in law bought me a bag of salmon fish steaks few weeks back with low price.  So I'm going to turn them into western cuisine.

Ingredients

Salmon Fish Steak

  • Salmon fish steak    三文鱼排
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • instant mushroom soup powder    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
  • hot water    热水
  • ginger/rice/white wine    姜/米/白酒
  • oregano    牛至
  • a pinch of salt & pepper    少许鹽和胡椒

Salad

  • cabbage    包菜
  • broccoli    西兰花
  • celery    西芹
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • tomato    番茄
  • peanut    花生
  • sesame    芝麻
  • condensed milk    炼奶
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋  
  • Dijon mustard    法式第戎芥末醬
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒
  • chili sauce    辣椒酱

Steps 

Salmon Fish Steak

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bunapishimeji.    葱和蒜切末。白玉菇切叮。
  2. Pour the instant mushroom soup powder into the hot water and set aside.    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉倒入热水备用。
  3. Pan fry the fish steak with little oil and set aside.    用少油煎熟鱼排备用。
  4. Heat up the pan with some oil. Saute the onion to fragrant and caramelized.     起锅烧热少许油炒香洋葱至软身转色。
  5. Add the garlic and bunapishimeji.    加入蒜和白玉菇。
  6. Then the mushroom soup from step (2).    再加入步骤(2)的蘑菇浓汤。
  7. Season with the wine, oregano, salt and pepper.    用酒、牛至、盐和胡椒调味。
  8. Place the sauce and the fish steak on the plate. Decorate with some vegetables.    鱼和酱入盘,用蔬菜装饰。

Salad

  1. Roast the sesame and peanut. Grind the peanut.    烤香芝麻和花生。花生压碎。
  2. Mix the sesame with condensed milk, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sushi rice vinegar, salt, pepper, chili sauce and become the salad dressing.    芝麻、炼奶、美奶滋、法式第戎芥末醬、寿司醋、盐、胡椒、辣椒酱混合均匀即成沙拉酱。
  3. Cut the vegetables to desire size.   蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
  4. Blanch the broccoli and celery. Skip this step if you like them in raw.    川烫西兰花和西芹。如果喜欢生吃可跳过这步骤。
  5. Place all the vegetables, peanut and the dressing into a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and ready to serve.    所有蔬菜、花生、沙拉酱放入碗里拌匀即可。
