Stir-Fried Meehoon with Bitter Gourd


Ingredients

  • meehoon     米粉
  • brinjal     茄子
  • bitter gourd    苦瓜
  • bean sprout    豆芽
  • spinach    波菜
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • bean curd puff    豆腐卜
  • Cayenne pepper powder    辣椒粉
  • fish sauce    鱼露
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • pepper    胡椒




Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Soak the meehoon into water to tender. Drain the meehoon.    米粉泡水浸软隔水。
  3. Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic.    热锅放油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  4. Toss in the bitter gourd and brinjal. Add a little water and cook to tender.    倒入苦瓜和茄子,加些水煮软。
  5. Toss in other ingredients and meehoon, stir well.    加入其它材料和米粉兜匀。
  6. Season with fish sauce, light soy sauce, Cayenne pepper powder and pepper.    以鱼露、酱油、辣椒粉、胡椒调味。
