Steam Vege in Dried Scallop Broth
Ingredients
- meehoon 米粉
- broccoli 西兰花
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- tomato 番茄
- garlic 蒜
- ginger 姜
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- bean curd puff 豆腐卜
- light soy sauce 酱油
- pepper 胡椒
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- sesame oil 麻油
Steps
- Soak the meehoon with water to soften. Drain and set aside. 米粉浸水泡软隔水备用。
- Sliced the ginger and chopped the garlic. Cut other ingredients into desire size. 姜切丝,蒜切末。其它材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Mix the ginger, garlic, broth, light soy sauce, pepper, wine and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside. 把姜、蒜、高汤、酱油、胡椒、酒、麻油混合均匀备用。
- Layer the plate with meehoon at the bottom, then bean curd puff. Follow by the broccoli, bunashimeji and tomato. 盘里先铺一层米粉,然后豆腐卜。接着西兰花,灵芝菇和番茄在上面。
- Pour the dressing from step (3). 将步骤(3)的汤汁淋上。
- Steam for about 10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. 蒸约10分钟或蒸熟为止。
