Steam Vege in Dried Scallop Broth



Ingredients

  • meehoon     米粉
  • broccoli    西兰花
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • tomato    番茄
  • garlic    
  • ginger    
  • dried scallop broth    干贝高汤
  • bean curd puff    豆腐卜
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • rice/ginger wine    米/姜酒
  • sesame oil    麻油

Steps 

  1. Soak the meehoon  with water to soften. Drain and set aside.    米粉浸水泡软隔水备用。
  2. Sliced the ginger and chopped the garlic. Cut other ingredients into desire size.    姜切丝,蒜切末。其它材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Mix the ginger, garlic, broth, light soy sauce, pepper, wine and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside.    把姜、蒜、高汤、酱油、胡椒、酒、麻油混合均匀备用。
  4. Layer the plate with meehoon at the bottom, then bean curd puff. Follow by the broccoli, bunashimeji and tomato.     盘里先铺一层米粉,然后豆腐卜。接着西兰花,灵芝菇和番茄在上面。
  5. Pour the dressing  from step (3).    将步骤(3)的汤汁淋上。
  6. Steam for about 10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.    蒸约10分钟或蒸熟为止。
