Topokki in Claypot
Ingredients
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- brinjal 茄子
- tomato 番茄
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- fried rice cake 炒年糕
- daikon radish 白萝卜
- carrot 胡萝卜
- miso paste 味噌
- light soy sauce 酱油
- dark soy sauce 黑醬油
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- pepper 胡椒
- sesame oil 麻油
- cornflour 玉米粉
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Cook the fried rice cake with a pot of water to tender. Drain the fried rice cake. 炒年糕用开水煮软隔水。
- Mix the miso paste, pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, cornflour and a touch of plain water in a bowl. 将味噌、 胡椒、酱油、黑醬油 、酒、麻油、玉米粉、少量清水混合均匀。
- Pour the plain water into the claypot and bring to boil. 清水倒入瓦煲里煮开。
- Toss in the onion, garlic, brinjal, carrot and radish, cook to tender. Then add other vegetable and stir well. 倒入洋葱、蒜、茄子、胡萝卜、白萝卜煮至软身后,将其它蔬菜加入煮。
- Add the fried rice cake. 倒入炒年糕。
- Pour in the sauce from step (3), and stir thoroughly. Off the heat when it starts bubbling. 加入步骤(3)的酱汁混匀。开始冒泡即可熄火。
