Pasta with Salmon Fillet in Mushroom Sauce





Upgrading an ordinary pasta by topping a salmon fillet.

Ingredients

  • tomato    番茄
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • daikon radish    白萝卜
  • broccoli    西兰花
  • bunashimeji    灵芝菇
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • pasta    意粉
  • instant mushroom soup powder    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
  • hot water    热水
  • oreagano    牛至
  • salt    盐
  • pepper    胡椒




Steps 

  1. Pan fried the salmon fillet and set aside.    三文鱼柳煎香备用。
  2. Cut other ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Cook the pasta with a pot of hot salt water to tender. Drain the pasta.    意粉用开水煮软隔水。
  4. Stir the instant mushroom soup powder into the hot water (just a small portion of water to ensure it's not too moist) and set aside.    速溶蘑菇浓汤粉倒入热水(水的份量少许就好以免太湿)备用。
  5. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic.    热锅下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
  6. Put in the vegetables to cook.    其余蔬菜加入煮。
  7. Pour the mushroom soup from step (4) into the pan and stir well.    步骤(4)的蘑菇浓汤倒入锅里拌匀。
  8. Pour in the cooked pasta and stir well.    加入煮好的意粉搅匀。
  9. Season with salt (optional), pepper, oregano.    以盐(选择性)、胡椒、牛至调味。
  10. Serve the pasta in a plate, and topping with step (1).     盛碟,三文鱼柳摆在意粉上面。
