Upgrading an ordinary pasta by topping a salmon fillet.
Ingredients
- tomato 番茄
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- daikon radish 白萝卜
- broccoli 西兰花
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- pasta 意粉
- instant mushroom soup powder 速溶蘑菇浓汤粉
- hot water 热水
- oreagano 牛至
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒
Steps
- Pan fried the salmon fillet and set aside. 三文鱼柳煎香备用。
- Cut other ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Cook the pasta with a pot of hot salt water to tender. Drain the pasta. 意粉用开水煮软隔水。
- Stir the instant mushroom soup powder into the hot water (just a small portion of water to ensure it's not too moist) and set aside. 速溶蘑菇浓汤粉倒入热水(水的份量少许就好以免太湿)备用。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic. 热锅下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Put in the vegetables to cook. 将其余蔬菜加入煮。
- Pour the mushroom soup from step (4) into the pan and stir well. 步骤(4)的蘑菇浓汤倒入锅里拌匀。
- Pour in the cooked pasta and stir well. 加入煮好的意粉搅匀。
- Season with salt (optional), pepper, oregano. 以盐(选择性)、胡椒、牛至调味。
- Serve the pasta in a plate, and topping with step (1). 盛碟,三文鱼柳摆在意粉上面。
