Tuna & Seaweed Sandwich


A healthier meal for myself.

Ingredients

  • seaweed/Nori    紫菜
  • tuna flakes     吞那魚肉碎
  • salt    盐
  • pepper    胡椒
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • 4 slices of toasts    4片吐司
  • butter/margarine    牛油/黄油
  • oregano    牛至
  • sliced cheese    片状芝士







  Steps 

  1. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and oregano thoroughly.    把吞那、美奶滋、盐、胡椒、牛至混合均
  2. Spread some butter/margarine on the toasts.     吐司模上一層牛油/黃油
  3. Take 2 slices of toasts, sandwich the seaweed and tuna mixture from step (1).    取两片吐司夹上紫菜和吞那混合物
  4. Repeat the step (3) for the balance toasts. Thus you have 2 sets of sandwiches.    其余面包重复步骤(3),所以会有两份三文治
  5. Place the sliced cheese in between of 2 sets of sandwich, then cut into 4 portions.     两份三文治之间夹上片状芝士再切4等份
