Puffy Pizza with Sweet Potato Topping




Ingredients 

  • 1 sheets of 8” puff pastries    1 片8”起酥皮
  • sweet potato   番薯
  • kaya    咖椰
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒
  • cheese    芝士
  • Oregano    牛至  


Steps 

  1. Sliced the sweet potato and steam to tender.    把番薯切片蒸软
  2. Season the sweet potato with salt, pepper and Oregano.    番薯与盐、胡椒和牛至拌匀
  3. Spread some kaya jam on the puff pastry. Then layer the sweet potato on top.    起酥皮涂上一层咖椰,再排上番薯。
  4. Topping with a layer of cheese.    最后撒上芝士   
  5. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes. Serve while it's  hot.    200°C烤10-15分钟趁热吃哦!
