Udon in Dried Scallop Broth
Ingredients
- udon noodle 乌冬面
- seaweed/Nori 紫菜
- lettuce 生菜
- cabbage 包菜
- konbu 昆布
- bunashimeji 灵芝菇
- tofu 豆腐
- bonito flakes 柴鱼片
- dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
- miso paste 味噌
- pepper 胡椒
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Add the konbu to cook for about 15 minutes. 干贝高汤煮开,加昆布继续熬约15分钟。
- Put the ingredients (except bonito flakes) in to cook. 加入所有材料(除了柴鱼片)煮。
- Season with miso paste, pepper and soy sauce. 以味噌、胡椒和酱油调味。
- Lastly, sprinkle the bonito flakes on top. 最后撒上柴鱼。
