Udon in Dried Scallop Broth
Ingredients
udon noodle 乌冬面
seaweed/Nori 紫菜
lettuce 生菜
cabbage 包菜
konbu 昆布
bunashimeji 灵芝菇
tofu 豆腐
bonito flakes 柴鱼片
dried scallop broth 干贝高汤
miso paste 味噌
pepper 胡椒
sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
Steps
Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
Bring the dried scallop broth to boil. Add the konbu to cook for about 15 minutes. 干贝高汤煮开,加昆布继续熬约15分钟。
Put the ingredients (except bonito flakes) in to cook. 加入所有材料(除了柴鱼片)煮。
Season with miso paste, pepper and soy sauce. 以味噌、胡椒和酱油调味。
Lastly, sprinkle the bonito flakes on top. 最后撒上柴鱼。
