Ramen In BitterGourd Miso Soup





Ingredients

  • ramen noodle    拉面
  • dried seaweed   紫菜(滚烫用的)
  • spinach    波菜
  • cabbage    包菜
  • bean curd sheet    腐竹
  • garlic    
  • bitter gourd    苦瓜
  • tomato     番茄
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • miso paste    味噌
  • pepper    胡椒
  • rice/ginger wine    米/姜酒

Steps 

  1. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  2. Blench the ramen noodle with a pot of boiling water to tender. Drain the noodle and set a side.    拉面用开水汆烫至软隔水。
  3. Bring a pot of water to boil. Put the ingredients (except noodle) in to cook.    烧开一煲水加入所有材料(除了面条)煮。
  4. Then the noodle ready to in.    然后放入面条。
  5. Lastly season with miso paste, pepper, sesame oil and wine.    最后以味噌、胡椒、麻油及酒调味。
