Ramen In BitterGourd Miso Soup
Ingredients
- ramen noodle 拉面
- dried seaweed 紫菜(滚烫用的)
- spinach 波菜
- cabbage 包菜
- bean curd sheet 腐竹
- garlic 蒜
- bitter gourd 苦瓜
- tomato 番茄
- sesame oil 麻油
- miso paste 味噌
- pepper 胡椒
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Blench the ramen noodle with a pot of boiling water to tender. Drain the noodle and set a side. 拉面用开水汆烫至软隔水。
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Put the ingredients (except noodle) in to cook. 烧开一煲水,加入所有材料(除了面条)煮。
- Then the noodle ready to in. 然后放入面条。
- Lastly season with miso paste, pepper, sesame oil and wine. 最后以味噌、胡椒、麻油及酒调味。
