Another curry with pumpkins and assorted vegetables.
Ingredients
- celery 西芹
- carrot 胡萝卜
- cabbage 包菜
- tomato 番茄
- pumpkin 南瓜
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- lemongrass 香茅
- curry powder 咖哩粉
- milk 牛奶
- plain water 清水
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒
- light soy sauce 酱油
Steps
- Crush the lemon grass with the back of a knife blade. 用刀背把香茅敲烂。
- Diced the onion and garlic. 洋葱和蒜切叮。
- Cut the other ingredients into desire size. 其他材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic. 以菜油烧热锅,再爆香葱和蒜。
- Add the curry powder and stir fried until fragranted. 加入咖哩粉炒香。
- Add the plain water and place the lemon grass into the curry mixture. 加清水和放进香茅。
- Then put in the pumpkins and carrots, cook till half-soften. 倒入南瓜和胡萝卜煮至半软。
- Then follow by other ingredients. 然后加入其余的材料。
- Pour in the milk and bring to boil. Season with light soy sauce, salt and pepper. 倒入牛奶煮滚。放酱油、盐和胡椒调味。
