Udon Salad with Sesame Dressing


Sesame is rich in nutrition and minerals that beneficial to our body. You can have them in your bakery, salad or even salad dressing. It is easy to make your own home-made sesame dressing sauce.

Ingredients

  • cabbage    包菜
  • carrot     胡萝卜
  • celery     西芹
  • capsicum     灯笼辣椒
  • brinjal   茄子
  • udon noodle    乌冬面
  • miso paste    味噌
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • Dijon mustard    法式第戎芥末醬
  • honey    蜜糖
  • sesame    芝麻
  • unshelled and skinless peanut    去壳去衣花生
  • plain water    清水

  Steps 

  1. Roast the sesame and peanut to golden brown. Grind to powder.    芝麻和花生烘成金黄色磨碎成粉。
  2. Well mix the sesame oil, miso paste, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, the ground sesame and peanut and lastly a little bit of water. The creamy sesame dressing is done.    把芝麻油、味噌、寿司/刺身酱油法式第戎芥末醬、蜜糖、磨碎的芝麻和花生,还有少许水全部混合均匀成表面光滑的芝麻酱
  3. Cut ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜好的大小。
  4. Blench the noodle and brinjal to cooked.    川烫乌冬面和茄子至熟。
  5. Place the cabbage, carrot, celery, capsicum, brinjal and noodle into a mixing bowl.     把包菜、胡萝卜、西芹、灯笼辣椒、茄子和乌冬面放入大碗里。
  6. Pour the sesame dressing to (5), stir well and ready to serve.    芝麻酱倒在(5)拌匀即可。
