Udon with Blended Vegetables sauce



I wanted to make some pasta in vegetable sauce, unfortunately the pasta is out of stock. Thus I used Udon as substitution and it taste good in either way.

Ingredients

  • minced meat    肉碎
  • maitake mushroom    舞茸/灰树花
  • celery     西芹
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • tomato    番茄
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • udon noodle    乌冬面
  • garlic    
  • onion    洋葱
  • oregano    牛至
  • salt    
  • pepper    胡椒粉
  • plain water    清水

  Steps 

  1. Cook the udon with the boiling water.    乌冬面用滚水烫熟。
  2. Cut ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜好的大小。
  3. Saute the onion and garlic.     爆香洋葱和蒜。
  4. Follow by the minced meat, carrot, celery, maitake mushroom, capsicum, tomato.    继续加入肉碎、胡萝卜、西芹、舞茸、灯笼辣椒、番茄。
  5. Add some plain water, stir well with other ingredients and cook thoroughly.    加清水,与其它材料兜匀煮熟。 
  6. Season with oregano, salt, pepper.    以牛至、盐、胡椒调味。
  7. Blend the ingredients with blender.     用打果汁机打匀。
  8. Serve the udon together with the blended sauce.    与乌冬面拌匀即可。
