I wanted to make some pasta in vegetable sauce, unfortunately the pasta is out of stock. Thus I used Udon as substitution and it taste good in either way.
Ingredients
- minced meat 肉碎
- maitake mushroom 舞茸/灰树花
- celery 西芹
- carrot 胡萝卜
- tomato 番茄
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- udon noodle 乌冬面
- garlic 蒜
- onion 洋葱
- oregano 牛至
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒粉
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Cook the udon with the boiling water. 乌冬面用滚水烫熟。
- Cut ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜好的大小。
- Saute the onion and garlic. 爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Follow by the minced meat, carrot, celery, maitake mushroom, capsicum, tomato. 继续加入肉碎、胡萝卜、西芹、舞茸、灯笼辣椒、番茄。
- Add some plain water, stir well with other ingredients and cook thoroughly. 加清水,与其它材料兜匀煮熟。
- Season with oregano, salt, pepper. 以牛至、盐、胡椒调味。
- Blend the ingredients with blender. 用打果汁机打匀。
- Serve the udon together with the blended sauce. 与乌冬面拌匀即可。
