I'm using the sesame dressing sauce mix with a bunch of vegetables, and wrap them with spring roll pastry (popiah pastry). Isn't that sounds easy for you?
Ingredients
- broccoli 西兰花
- carrot 胡萝卜
- celery 西芹
- brinjal 茄子
- spring roll pastry 薄饼皮
- miso paste 味噌
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- sesame oil 麻油
- Dijon mustard 法式第戎芥末醬
- honey 蜜糖
- sesame 芝麻
- unshelled and skinless peanut 去壳去衣花生
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Roast the sesame and peanut to golden brown. Grind to powder. 芝麻和花生烘成金黄色磨碎成粉。
- Well mix the sesame oil, miso paste, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, the ground sesame and peanut and lastly a little bit of water. The creamy sesame dressing is done. 把芝麻油、味噌、寿司/刺身酱油、法式第戎芥末醬、蜜糖、磨碎的芝麻和花生,还有少许水全部混合均匀成表面光滑的芝麻酱。
- Cut the vegetables into desire size. 把蔬菜切成喜好的大小。
- Steam the vegetables to cooked. 把蔬菜蒸熟。
- Mix the vegetables and the sesame dressing thoroughly. 蔬菜和芝麻酱混合均匀。
- Scoop some vegetables to the middle of spring roll pastry, fold both sides of the pastry to the middle then roll up. 舀些蔬菜在薄饼皮中央,两边向内折再卷起来。
