BBQ Chicken Salad Sandwich



I bought a Dijon Mustard and cayenne pepper first time ever. Now I'm going to have them in my chicken salad sandwich.

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet    鸡柳
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • lemon grass    香茅
  • LKK Char Siew BBQ sauce     叉烧酱
  • fish sauce    鱼露    
  • oyster sauce    蚝油
  • Cayenne pepper powder    辣椒粉
  • tomato    番茄
  • butter head lettuce    结球莴苣
  • toast    吐司
  • Dijon mustard    法式第戎芥末醬
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋

  Steps 

  1. Chopped the onion and garlic. Crush the lemon grass and cut into pieces.    洋葱和蒜切末。香茅拍烂切段。
  2. Marinate the chicken fillet with chopped garlic, onion, lemon grass, oyster sauce, fish sauce, BBQ (Char Siew) sauce, Cayenne pepper powder over night.    鸡柳以洋葱末、蒜末、香茅、蚝油、鱼露、叉烧酱、辣椒粉腌过夜。
  3. Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Pan fried the chicken fillet.     用油煎熟鸡柳。
  4. Sandwich the chicken, sliced tomato and butter head lettuce (spread some mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in between) with 2 slices of toast.    鸡柳、切片番茄、结球莴苣(涂上美奶滋和法式第戎芥末醬)夹在吐司中间。
