Udon in Miso Soup



The Udon in healthy miso soup.

Ingredients

  • udon noodle    乌冬面
  • carrot   胡萝卜
  • cabbage     包菜
  • bunapishimeji    白玉菇
  • tofu    豆腐
  • bean curd puff    豆腐卜
  • bean curd sheet    腐竹
  • salmon fillet    三文鱼柳
  • konbu    昆布
  • dried scallop    干贝
  • bonito flakes    柴鱼片
  • miso paste    味噌糊
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • pepper    胡椒

Steps 

  1. Soak the bean curd sheet into water until they soften enough.    腐竹浸水泡软。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    把材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Make the konbu and dried scallop broth.    以昆布和干贝熬成高汤。
  4. Add other ingredients into the broth and cook (exclude bonito flakes).    加入其它材料煮(柴鱼片除外)。
  5. Season with miso paste, pepper, soy sauce.    以味噌、胡椒、寿司/刺身酱油调味。
  6. Sprinkle the bonito flakes on top when serving.    上桌时洒上柴鱼片。
