The Udon in healthy miso soup.
Ingredients
- udon noodle 乌冬面
- carrot 胡萝卜
- cabbage 包菜
- bunapishimeji 白玉菇
- tofu 豆腐
- bean curd puff 豆腐卜
- bean curd sheet 腐竹
- salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- konbu 昆布
- dried scallop 干贝
- bonito flakes 柴鱼片
- miso paste 味噌糊
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
- pepper 胡椒
Steps
- Soak the bean curd sheet into water until they soften enough. 腐竹浸水泡软。
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Make the konbu and dried scallop broth. 以昆布和干贝熬成高汤。
- Add other ingredients into the broth and cook (exclude bonito flakes). 加入其它材料煮(柴鱼片除外)。
- Season with miso paste, pepper, soy sauce. 以味噌、胡椒、寿司/刺身酱油调味。
- Sprinkle the bonito flakes on top when serving. 上桌时洒上柴鱼片。
