Cellophane noodle in Miso Soup

Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning made of fermented soybean. It is effective in detoxifying and eliminating elements that are taken into the body through industrial pollution, radioactivity and artificial chemicals in the soil and food system. You could use it in your daily soup, salad dressing, dipping sauce and etc. While mine use it in the simplest way~ noddle's soup.
