A porridge make use of multi-grain. It looks and taste different from the ordinary rice porridge, but definitely better fragrant and more chewing texture.
Ingredients
- multi-grains rice 五壳米
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- dried black fungus 木耳
- dried mushroom 冬菇
- carrot 胡萝卜
- cucumber 黄瓜
- salt & pepper 盐和胡椒
Steps
- Soak the dried mushroom and dried black fungus into water to soften. Slice them. 冬菇和木耳泡水浸软,切片。
- Cook the multi-grains rice porridge according to the instruction given. 五壳米依照指示煮成粥。
- Cut the capsicum, carrot, cucumber into desired shape and size. 把灯笼辣椒、胡萝卜、黄瓜依喜好切小块。
- Add in the mushroom, fungus, capsicum, carrot into the porridge. Let it cook for few minutes before off the heat. 把冬菇、木耳、灯笼辣椒、胡萝卜加进粥里煮几分钟熄火。
- Season with salt and pepper. Lastly sprinkle the cucumber on top. 以盐和胡椒调味。最后撒上黄瓜。
