Lemon-Honey Chicken Sandwich + Fries



A healthy and tasty menu for my weekend dinner. All can be done by your oven.

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet    鸡柳
  • potato    马铃薯
  • lemon juice    柠檬汁
  • lemon grass    香茅
  • chopped garlic    蒜末    
  • pepper    胡椒
  • salt    
  • honey    蜜糖
  • chili flakes    辣椒粉
  • tomato    番茄    
  • cabbage    包菜

  Steps 

  1. Marinate the chicken fillet with chopped garlic, lemon grass (crushed), salt and pepper for 2 hours.    鸡柳以蒜末、香茅(敲烂)、盐、胡椒腌2小时。
  2. Mix the lemon juice with honey.    柠檬汁和蜜糖拌匀。 
  3. Brush a little oil on both sides of chicken. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Brush the fillet with lemon-honey juice in the half way during baking.     腌好的鸡柳抹上薄薄的油,以180°C烤20-25分钟或至熟透。烤的途中将鸡柳涂上柠檬蜜糖酱。
  4. Slice the potato and brush some oil. Bake at 180 for 20-30 minutes or until turn to golden brown. Coat the fries with chili flakes and salt.    马铃切条抹上薄薄的油,以180°C烤20-30分钟或至金黄色;趁热洒上辣椒粉和盐。
  5. Place the tomato slices, cabbage and lemon-honey in a bowl and stir.    番茄片,包菜与柠檬蜜糖酱拌匀。
  6. Sandwich the chicken fillet, tomato slices and cabbage from step 5 with toasts.    鸡柳及步骤5的蔬菜夹在面包中间。
