I've made a colorful salad and add some tuna as the source of protein and omega.
Ingredients
- broccoli 西兰花
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- carrot 胡萝卜
- celery 西芹
- garlic leaves 蒜叶
- sesame 芝麻
- tuna flakes 吞拿鱼肉丝
- salt & pepper 盐和胡椒
Steps
- Cut the vegetable to desired shape and size. 将蔬菜切成喜欢的形状及大小。
- Blanch the vegetables (except garlic leaves). 所有蔬菜(蒜叶除外)汆 水。
- Toast the sesame to golden brown. 芝麻烘成金黄色。
- Place all the vegetables, tuna flakes, sesame and garlic leaves into a bowl. Seasoning with sale and pepper. 所有菜、吞拿肉丝、芝麻、蒜叶盛碟,用盐和胡椒调味。
