Colorful Tuna Salad



I've made a colorful salad and add some tuna as the source of protein and omega.

Ingredients

  • broccoli    西兰花
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • carrot    胡萝卜
  • celery    西芹
  • garlic leaves    蒜叶
  • sesame    芝麻
  • tuna flakes    吞拿鱼肉丝
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒

  Steps 

  1. Cut the vegetable to desired shape and size.   将蔬菜切成喜欢的形状及大小。
  2. Blanch the vegetables (except garlic leaves).    所有蔬菜(蒜叶除外)汆 水。
  3. Toast the sesame to golden brown.    芝麻烘成金黄色。
  4. Place all the vegetables, tuna flakes, sesame and garlic leaves into a bowl. Seasoning with sale and pepper.   所有菜、吞拿肉丝、芝麻、蒜叶盛碟,用盐和胡椒调味。
