Fried Multi-grains rice



I'm using the multi-grains rice in my fried rice recipe. It adds more flavors and chewing texture, maybe you can start consuming this healthy food in your daily meals today. But not everybody can cope with this high fibers, please consult with your doctor or get more details from web.

Ingredients

  • multi-grains rice    五壳米
  • chopped garlic    蒜米
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • celery    西芹
  • dried black fungus    木耳
  • dried mushroom    冬菇
  • chicken fillet    鸡柳
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • pepper    胡椒
  • chopped garlic leaves    蒜叶末
  • tea leaves (optional if you have nice one, else you would have a bitter taste)    茶叶(除非有上等茶叶才放,不然会有苦涩味)

  Steps 

  1. Soak the dried mushroom and dried black fungus into water to soften. Slice them.    冬菇和木耳泡水浸软,切片。
  2. Cook the multi-grains rice according to the instruction given.    五壳米依照指示煮成饭。
  3. Cut the capsicum, celery, chicken fillet into desired shape and size.    把灯笼辣椒、西芹、鸡柳依喜好切小块。
  4. Heat up the pan with sesame oil. Saute the garlic.    锅里加麻油爆香蒜米。
  5. Cook the capsicum, celery, chicken fillet, mushroom and black fungus in the pan.    加入灯笼辣椒、西芹、鸡柳、冬菇、木耳煮。
  6. Add in the multi-grains rice, then tea leaves and well stir.    倒入五壳米饭,然后茶叶兜匀。    
  7. Season with light soy sauce and pepper. Lastly sprinkle the garlic leaves on top.    以酱油和胡椒调味。最后撒上蒜叶
