A hot recipe for my lunch: Capsicum & sliced pork coat with hot black pepper sauce, which is made of rough ground black pepper corn and light soy sauce.
Ingredients
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- pork (any part you preferred) 猪肉(任何你喜欢的部位)
- chopped garlic 蒜末
- black peppercorn 黑胡椒粒
- light soy sauce 酱油
- plain water 清水
- corn flour 粟米粉
Steps
- Cut the capsicum and pork into desired size. Coat the pork with a little corn flour. 把灯笼辣椒和猪肉切成理想中的大小。猪肉裹上薄薄的粟米粉。
- Grind the peppercorn roughly. 粗略捣碎胡椒粒。
- Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the ground peppercorn, then the chopped onion. 爆香胡椒,然后蒜末。
- Pour in the pork. When is half cooked, add the capsicum. Cook till the capsicum a bit soften. 猪肉放进煮约半熟,加入灯笼辣椒一直煮至有点软。
- Seasoning with light soy sauce. Scoop a little corn flour into some plain water and stir until fully dissolve. Pour into the pan to thicken sauce. 加酱油调味,打少许芡即可。
