Capsicum & Pork in Black Pepper Sauce


  
A hot recipe for my lunch: Capsicum & sliced pork coat with hot black pepper sauce, which is made of rough ground black pepper corn and light soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • pork (any part you preferred)    猪肉(任何你喜欢的部位)
  • chopped garlic    蒜末
  • black peppercorn    黑胡椒粒
  • light soy sauce    酱油
  • plain water    清水
  • corn flour    粟米粉

Steps 

  1. Cut the capsicum and pork into desired size. Coat the pork with a little corn flour.     把灯笼辣椒和猪肉切成理想中的大小。猪肉裹上薄薄的粟米粉。
  2. Grind the peppercorn roughly.    粗略捣碎胡椒粒。
  3. Heat up the pan with some cooking oil. Saute the ground peppercorn, then the chopped onion.    爆香胡椒,然后蒜末。
  4. Pour in the pork. When is half cooked, add the capsicum. Cook till the capsicum a bit soften.    猪肉放进煮约半熟,加入灯笼辣椒一直煮至有点软。
  5. Seasoning with light soy sauce. Scoop a little corn flour into some plain water and stir until fully dissolve. Pour into the pan to thicken sauce.     加酱油调味,打少许芡即可。
