BBQ Chicken & Egg Sandwich




Chicken marinated with BBQ (Char Siew) sauce, is yummy for my big boy. Sandwich it with cheese and egg, heaven match!!

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet    鸡柳
  • egg    
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • sliced cheese    片狀芝士
  • chopped garlic    蒜末    
  • oyster sauce    蚝油
  • Sashimi soy sauce    刺身酱油
  • BBQ (Char Siew) sauce    叉烧酱
  • ginger wine    姜酒
  • pepper    胡椒

  Steps 

  1. Marinate the chicken fillet with chopped garlic, oyster sauce, Sashimi soy sauce, BBQ (Char Siew) sauce, ginger wine,pepper for 2 hours.    鸡柳以蒜末、蚝油、刺身酱油、叉烧酱、姜酒、胡椒腌2小时。
  2. Heat up the pan with some sesame oil. Pan fried the chicken fillet.     用麻油煎熟鸡柳。
  3. Cook the egg. Place the sliced cheese on top.    煎熟鸡蛋,上面铺上片状芝士。
  4. Sandwich the egg, cheese and chicken (spread some mayonnaise) with 2 slices of toast.    蛋、芝士、鸡柳(涂上美奶滋)夹在面包中间。
