Tuna Roll
Ingredients
- toasts 吐司
- tuna flakes 吞拿魚肉碎
- salt & pepper 盐和胡椒
- Oregano 牛至
- sesame 芝麻
- unshelled and skinless peanut 去壳去衣花生
- Seaweed/Nori 寿司用紫菜
- butterhead lettuce 结球莴苣
- mayonnaise 美奶滋
- butter/margarine 牛油/黄油
Steps
- Roast the sesame and peanut. Grind the peanut. 烤香芝麻和花生。花生压碎。
- Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and oregano thoroughly. 把吞那、美奶滋、盐、胡椒、牛至混合均匀。
- Spread some butter/margarine on the toasts. 吐司模上一層牛油/黃油。
- Place the nori/seaweed, tuna mixture, butterhead lettuce, sesame and peanut on the toast. 吐司铺上紫菜、吞那混合物、结球莴苣、芝麻和花生。
- Roll the toast and cut to the desired thickness. 卷起切片即可。
