Tuna Roll



Ingredients

  • toasts    吐司
  • tuna flakes     吞拿魚肉碎
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒
  • Oregano    牛至  
  • sesame    芝麻
  • unshelled and skinless peanut    去壳去衣花生
  • Seaweed/Nori    寿司用紫菜
  • butterhead lettuce     结球莴苣
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • butter/margarine    牛油/黄油



  Steps 

  1. Roast the sesame and peanut. Grind the peanut.    烤香芝麻和花生。花生压碎。
  2. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and oregano thoroughly.    把吞那、美奶滋、盐、胡椒、牛至混合均
  3. Spread some butter/margarine on the toasts.     吐司模上一層牛油/黃油
  4. Place the nori/seaweed, tuna mixture, butterhead lettuce, sesame and peanut on the toast.    吐司铺上紫菜、吞那混合物、结球莴苣芝麻和花生
  5. Roll the toast and cut to the desired thickness.      卷起切片即可。
