Ice-Cream Cupcake





Ingredients

  • chocolate bar    巧克力砖
  • chocolate flavoured ice-cream    巧克力雪糕
  •  non-dairy whipping cream    植物性鲜奶油  

 Steps  

  1. Set the ice-cream in room temperature for easier operation.    雪糕置在室温以便容易操作。
  2. Cut the chocolate bar into chunks, sit on double boiler and keep on stirring until melted.   巧克力砖切小块,隔热水煮至完全溶化成巧克力酱。
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into paper cups.    把巧克力酱倒入纸杯里。
  4. Then scoop the ice-cream into the paper cups.    然后舀雪糕入纸杯里。
  5. Beat the whipping cream to stiff peak. Pipe the cream on top of the ice-cream cake, and then keep in freezer for at least an hour.    鲜奶油打发至硬性发泡,然后用来装饰雪糕蛋糕再冷冻至少1小时。
