Ice-Cream Cupcake
Ingredients
- chocolate bar 巧克力砖
- chocolate flavoured ice-cream 巧克力雪糕
- non-dairy whipping cream 植物性鲜奶油
Steps
- Set the ice-cream in room temperature for easier operation. 雪糕置在室温以便容易操作。
- Cut the chocolate bar into chunks, sit on double boiler and keep on stirring until melted. 巧克力砖切小块,隔热水煮至完全溶化成巧克力酱。
- Pour the melted chocolate into paper cups. 把巧克力酱倒入纸杯里。
- Then scoop the ice-cream into the paper cups. 然后舀雪糕入纸杯里。
- Beat the whipping cream to stiff peak. Pipe the cream on top of the ice-cream cake, and then keep in freezer for at least an hour. 鲜奶油打发至硬性发泡,然后用来装饰雪糕蛋糕再冷冻至少1小时。
