Ramen in Salad



Ingredients

  • ramen noodle    拉面
  • brinjal     茄子_
  • broccoli    西兰花
  • dried mushroom    冬菇
  • seaweed/Nori    紫菜
  • roasted sesame    烤好的芝麻
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油
  • sushi rice vinegar    寿司醋
  • pepper    胡椒
  • sugar   糖
  • plain water    清水


 Steps 

  1. Soak the dried mushroom with water to soften. Drain and set aside.    冬菇浸水泡软隔水备用。
  2. Cut the ingredients into desire size.    材料切成喜欢的大小。
  3. Toss the ramen noodle, broccoli, brinjal, dried mushroom into a pot of boiling water until they all turned tender. Drain and set aside.    把l拉面、西兰花、茄子、冬菇放入一锅开水煮至软。隔水备用。
  4. Pour the sesame oil, sushi/sashimi soy sauce, sushi rice vinegar, pepper, sugar and water into a bowl and mix thoroughly.    然后,麻油、寿司/刺身酱油、寿司醋、胡椒、糖和水放一碗里搅匀。
  5. Place the (3) on a plate, pour the seasoning mixture from step 4 on top. Decorate with nori and roasted sesame.    把材料(3)排在碟里,然后淋上步骤4的调味料。最后用紫菜和芝麻装饰。
