Potato Based Pizza




Ingredients 

  • potato   马铃薯
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic   
  • canned tomato puree    罐头番茄泥    
  • mozzarella cheese    披萨芝士
  • tuna flakes     吞拿魚肉碎
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒
  • Oregano    牛至  

Steps 

  1. Shred the potato, chop the onion and garlic. Mix them all well.    把马铃薯刨丝,洋葱和蒜切末;然后把它们混合均匀。
  2. Season the potato mixture with salt, pepper and Oregano.    马铃薯混合物与盐、胡椒和牛至拌匀。
  3. Place 1/2 of the potato mixture to the baking tray. Spread the tomato puree on top.    把步骤(2)一半的混合物倒入烤盘,表面涂上一层番茄泥。
  4. Then layer the tuna flakes.   铺上吞拿鱼肉碎。
  5. Another layer of potato mixture on top of the tuna flakes, lastly follow by cheese.    接着在上面铺上另一半的马铃薯混合物,最后撒上芝士   
  6. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until the potato is tender. Serve while it's  hot.    180°C烤25-30分钟或直到马铃薯变软为止趁热吃哦!
